Pittsburgh, PA (December 1, 2017)—PCG Capital, a venture capital and real estate development firm headquartered in downtown Pittsburgh, today announced that Jeremy Kaylor has been named a Partner in the firm. PCG Capital was founded in 2006 by Managing Partner Brian Shanahan. Mr. Kaylor joined the firm in early 2016 as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Kaylor brings to PCG Capital an extensive history of investment and financial expertise gained from a 13-year career on Wall Street. His history in alternative investments—including hedge funds, private equity, and real estate—has enabled him to work across all portfolio companies within the PCG organization.

Mr. Shanahan’s visionary approach to business has led to a widely varied and successful career as an entrepreneur and business leader, including nearly three decades in payments processing and highly successful ventures in sports and recreation, and real estate.

The pairing of Mr. Shanahan and Mr. Kaylor has led to a period of incredible expansion and diversification for PCG Capital which will continue well into the future. Mr. Kaylor’s established ability to manage operations has led PCG Capital to grow from a small, family-invested firm to a widely invested organization with national reach.

Under the combined leadership of Mr. Kaylor and Mr. Shanahan, PCG Capital is poised to continue to expand and scale into a national firm across multiple industries.
